Meditation is a vital part of better mental health management in my opinion, I was using the Declutter the Mind app previously (as seen on the Meditation page) but went on to do a one year trial with the Balance app starting at the beginning of 2023. I use it daily at least twice a day (wake up + sleep meditations), it's a personalized meditation experience, it tracks the amount of time you have meditated, and love that you are able to choose between two meditation experts as well as the length of meditation for each themed meditation that it has. It also showcases 'PLANS' with different goals such as focus, productivity, sleep and also foundations which covers the basics of the importance of meditation in a 10 day plan. It's a truly mindful app for anyone who's interested in applying meditation in their every day, it's super beginner friendly and thoughtfully created.
