12 Questions to ask yourself every day, this series of questions helped me in reframing my perspective of life, my actions and thoughts. Stoicism is the most practical and applicable philosophy for our time and it has been applicable for the last 2000 years to people with different backgrounds. I chose to study this on my own time to help me reframe my mind on my past, present and future which contributed positively to my mental health as practicing stoic philosophy daily created a calmer state of mind. It's a philosophy that focuses on self-reliance, a mindset that is foundational in the MNSTR Skate Initiative and for my personal mental health management through the years.
Please check this video by Ryan Holiday (The Daily Stoic), these are great questions for your journaling practice or you can ponder on the questions in a notebook/journal/google doc...whatever your format is for taking notes and something for you to hold on to and use as a personal reference. I highly recommend doing this exercise that helps to raise your self awareness considerably. I've listed out the questions below the video.

5. If I am not for me, who is? If I am only for me, who am I?
6. What am I missing by choosing to worry or be afraid?
7. Are you doing your job?

9. Who is this for?
10. Does this actually matter?
11. Will this be alive time or dead time?
12. Is this who I want to be?
